A Disney-mad couple have celebrated twenty years of marriage by renewing their vows dressed up as Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Julie Webb-Flint and her husband Jason, both 42 from Kent, marked their china anniversary by dressing up in the life size costumes and exchanging fresh vows.
And it wasn't just the couple who dressed up for the occasion, the majority of the wedding party donned Disney-themed outfits including Rev Richard Barron, who dressed as Friar Tuck from Robin Hood.

The Disney-mad couple married twenty years ago and spent their honeymoon in Disneyland

The couple’s sons Liam, 17, and Luke, 15, joined in on the action by dressing up as Donald Duck and Goofy.
Guests opted for other characters, including Daisy Duck, Woody from Toy Story, Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee, Shrek and Fiona, Rapunzel, Cinderella and Snow White.
The congregation even danced to famous Disney songs as the ceremony got underway at the St Mary’s Church, in Greenhithe, Kent.
The traditional wedding march was replaced with the Mickey Mouse Club House theme tune and the couple left the ceremony to Shrek finale track, I’m a Believer by the Monkees followed by A Spoonful of Sugar from Mary Poppins.

The vast majority of the wedding guests were keen to get involved and picked out their favourite Disney outfit

Even the Victor dressed up for the occasion which saw 70 friends and family dressed in a sea of Disney outfits

Mother-of-two Julie, who had her honeymoon at Disney World, yesterday said: 'It started off as a bit of a joke, but everyone loved it and it went on from there.
'One of my friends asked if we were going to do something outlandish so I said "yes, it’s fancy dress".

 

'I said the theme was Disney, thinking nothing of it. But suddenly everyone was looking online and finding who they wanted to be.

The couple were delighted when friends and family thought the fancy dress idea was great

'I tried to keep track of who everyone said they were going to be, but we did end up with four people dressed as Pocahontas.
'We all had a great day. It was so relaxed and informal. Even inside the church, the reverend was dancing to Disney tunes.
'The reverend said many things you never expect to hear in church - like "you now may take off your heads". It was really funny.
'Everyone looked fantastic and really made a day we will never forget. The boys thought it was fantastic too.'
Higher Level Teaching Assistant Julie and Jason, a builder spent around £400 on costumes from Ebay for themselves and the boys.
Handy Jason even made the Goofy outfit by borrowing some material and tools from his sister-in-law’s shop and modelling the costume on a Goofy toy.
Proud Liam gave his mother away and Julie’s two nieces were bridesmaids dressed as Snow White and Rapunzel.
During the service there was also a performance of the Colonel Hathi Elephant March from the Jungle Book.
The Disney-mad family love all the films, have been on a Disney-themed cruise and save up to go to Disney World in America every four years.
Jason said: 'There has been too much doom and gloom in the world in recent years, so we just wanted a fun day.

'It was the boys who really encouraged us to go ahead with it.
'We both really like Disney - we are kids ourselves really. We will never forget that day.'
Rev Richard Barron said: 'I thought it was a really good day. It was great to see everyone enjoying the spirit of it and when they asked if they could have a Disney theme, I saw no reason why not.
'I thoroughly enjoyed it and they danced down the aisle to a Disney song after the wedding march. It really was a celebration of marriage.'
